Nicole Luther Bio

Nicole is a former engineer and government technical manager turned certified coach who helps high-achieving, politically engaged adults stop overthinking and regain their sense of steadiness during chaotic times in the U.S. After nearly 30 years leading teams in high-pressure environments, Nicole retired v(rather unexpectedly) at 54 and now works with people who feel mentally hijacked by constant political turmoil, nonstop headlines, and a chronic state of stress associated with the erosion of democratic norms in the U.S.

Drawing on evidence-based coaching tools and her own experience as a lifelong overthinker and recovering perfectionist, Nicole teaches clients how to calm their minds without disengaging from their values or checking out of what’s happening in the world. Her work focuses on reducing mental spirals, easing people-pleasing, and helping clients stay informed and effective without burning themselves out.

Nicole’s perspective is shaped by decades of leadership, parenting three (now adult) children, and navigating a major identity shift from government leader to entrepreneur. She is especially known for helping people distinguish between unavoidable stress and the suffering created by their own thinking—so they can sleep better, show up more fully in their lives, and preserve energy for what actually matters.

She is thankful for family, ocean time, opportunities to travel, and the ability to appreciate life in all it’s imperfection.
