Because coaching is a personalized service that reserves time and capacity, all purchases are final once services begin.If you purchase a coaching package / session and have not yet used any sessions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, minus any administrative fees.
If you have questions about whether a program or session is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Habitual rescheduling (greater than 6 times, with less than 3 days notice) may result in the termination of services.Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
This policy allows us to hold dedicated time and provide consistent service to all clients.

Scope of Coaching ServicesCoaching is a collaborative, educational process focused on awareness, skill-building, and personal growth.
Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, medical care, or crisis support. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
4. Payment & Billing Clarity
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Charges will appear on your statement as Nicole Luther Coaching.For multi-session packages, sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We do not store credit card information on our website.
