  • You’re ready to stop living in reaction mode

  • You want support that helps stress move into clear action or intentional rest, instead of incessant mental spinning or emotional reactivity

Coaching is not for you if:

  • You want to disengage, numb out, or stop paying attention to what’s happening

  • You are looking for reassurance, validation, or someone to calm you down

  • You want a space to vent, spiral, or rehash the news together

  • You are not willing to actively work with your stress response (it’s not painful, not one bit)
